We believe that an appointment system is the best way to ensure our availability to you, our patients. There are two ways to reach our office to make an appointment. For all appointment types you can call us at 215-766-8844.
When the office is closed, non-urgent appointment s can be requested through the Patient Portal. Expect a return call the next business day.
We allow time each day to see people with same day or urgent problems and illnesses. In the event you need a same day appointment and your usual provider is not available, one of our other physicians, physician assistants or nurse practitioner will see you as soon as possible.
However, if you have a true medical emergency, you should call 911 and go to the nearest emergency room.
We expect payment at the time of service. Payment may be by cash, check or Visa/Mastercard. Please visit the Insurances Accepted page for a list of participating insurance companies.
We will make every effort to return phone calls as quickly as possible. However, non-urgent phone calls may be answered after hours or the following day.
Please allow 2 business days for routine prescription refills. Prescriptions are generally not refilled on weekends or holidays.
Completion of forms will depend on the complexity of the form. There is a minimum charge for completion of forms that are not available at the time of your appointment.
When calling to schedule an appointment, please help us to schedule you appropriately by indicating the reason for your visit: Complete Physical, Follow Up Visit, Sick Visit, Well Child or Surgical.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork.
