Appointments

For most office visits including physical exams and routine follow-up appointments please schedule an appointment.  There are two ways to reach our office to make an appointment.

1. For all appointment types you can call us at 215-766-8844.
2. When the office is closed, non-urgent appointments can be requested through the Patient Portal.  Expect a return call the next business day.

Additionally, we are now offering WALK-IN visits for acute or urgent problems during our regular office hours for already established patients.  

We allow time each day to see people with same day or urgent problems and illnesses. In the event you need a same day appointment and your usual provider is not available, one of our other physicians, physician assistants or nurse practitioner will see you as soon as possible.

We will make every effort to return phone calls as quickly as possible. However, non-urgent phone calls may be answered after hours or the following day.

Please allow 2 business days for routine prescription refills. Prescriptions are generally not refilled on weekends or holidays.

Completion of forms will depend on the complexity of the form. There is a minimum charge for completion of forms that are not available at the time of your appointment.
